Each vintage, we strive to craft a Chardonnay that strikes a perfect balance between rich and refreshing by fermenting in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels. Our 2007 version has aromas of tropical fruit and butterscotch that lead into a lively blend of pear, pineapple and citrus flavors. Soft & smooth tannins . Warm plum and forrest berry notes with chocolate covered raspberries and a hint of tobacco in the mouth. It is a lighter red perfect with Carries "Drunken Pasta".

Cold fermentation and early filtration leave a playful touch of sweetness from the 0.7% residual sugar we retained and enhance the fruitiness and mouthfeel. A fragrant and floral wine, with fresh, bright fruit flavors of apple, mango and pineapple. A delicious wine to serve as an apéritif, or with spiced food or Thai cuisine. List: 16.00

Our four distinct growing regions allow us to offer an expansive portfolio of wines, each showcasing the unique character of the grapes and the individuality of the vineyard.
	REGION 1: Foggy and wind-swept, the cool climate area of northern Monterey County is noted for its long growing season, producing elegant, layered wines of delicacy and balance.
	REGION 2: Located in the heart of the Monterey appellation, the Greenfield region is known for its foggy mornings and windy afternoons, creating a temperate climate credited for producing wines of intense varietal character and well-balanced acidity.
	REGION 3: Wind-sculpted, undulating hills are the hallmark of the San Lucas appellation, a warm growing region tempered by cooling ocean breezes, producing fruit forward and softly-textured wines that linger on the palate.
	REGION 4: Crisp mornings and sultry afternoons punctuate the contrasts of the appellation of Hames Valley, a spirited growing region that yields complex wines with deep aromas, balance and structure.
