South Coast Winery Resort & Spa - Temecula, CA (Part 1)

The Winery

\r\nSouth Coast Winery produces four collections from its Southern California vineyards, labeled by vineyard block. Elevation wines include Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Syrah varietals. Stylish, crisp and moderately priced, they feature a twist-off cap that guarantees a seal and great taste with no risk of cork taint. Under the South Coast Winery label, you\'ll find a select group of varietals grown in and around the Temecula and Southern California Appellation. These affordable whites, reds and rosés reflect an exuberant fruit.\r\n

Wild Horse Peak Mountain vineyard varietals of Southern California are grown at 2,200 feet above sea level. The label\'s quality Cabs, Syrahs and Merlots are as big and bold as the wild-west names given to their vineyard blocks, like Dry Rock Gulch, Devil\'s Hole, Lone Boulder Ridge...

Carter Estate Reserve wines, the winery's newest label, are produced from select lots of varietals grown in the Southern California Temecula Wine Country Estate Vineyards. Aged in the finest European oak barrels and released in limited quantities, these wines exhibit balance, complexity and concentration.
